Join me for two yoga filled days and nights in the redwoods of Sonoma County at Ratna Ling Retreat Center. This location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and remote, perfect for unwinding from the stimulus of your everyday demands.
We will have four yoga practices, one workshop, two optional pranayama/meditation sessions, and free time to explore and enjoy the natural surroundings. You will eat super yummy, healthy food, rest, socialize, possibly make friends and all-in-all have a great time. With the schedule already in place, you will be able to simply let go and enjoy.

NOTE: I’m requiring all participants to be fully vaccinated with a booster or have a negative PCR test. You must show proof at least 48 hours before arriving.


What’s included

- 2 night accommodations — All cabins are the same: luxurious and comfy. Each cabin will be shared by two people. You will have your own bedroom with a queen bed, share a common room, little kitchen and bathroom.
- All meals — Delicious, organic, vegetarian meals will be prepared for you. You will feel nourished and energized giving your body all this clean healthy fuel.
- Four yoga classes — One gentle arrival evening class, two vigorous morning vinyasa classes, and one restorative/yin class.
- One workshops — Focus: TBD
- Pranayama and meditation — Two optional early morning sessions.
- Props — Bring your own mat or use one of theirs. Blocks, straps, and bolsters provided.

- Travel to and from — I will help to arrange carpooling for those who need.
