June 3 – 5, 2022
Sagrada Wellness, Santa Margarita, CA

Thanks to all the fab yogis who joined me at Sagrada Wellness. SO much fun. We were a small and MIGHTY group. Perfect weather, tons of time to chat at the pool, DEEE-LI-cious food, fun exploratory classes, and ‘Mat Chats’. Everyone was an absolute delight and I am so honored that I now know you better.

Join me for a relaxing, grounding yet revitalizing and invigorating weekend away in the beautiful remote hills of central California. You will eat delicious food, sleep well, relax, unwind, decompress, rejuvenate, hang with other fabulous yogis, and oh yeah do a bunch of yoga! or however much you want to do.
I will offer four yoga classes, one workshop, and two outdoor early morning pranayama/meditation sessions. You also have plenty of free time to relax, read, write, play in the pool, sit in the hot tub, explore and just chill.
COVID: I’m asking everyone to be vaxxed (and ideally boosted) or have a negative PCR test before arriving.
The theme for this retreat is LETTING GO. We’ll look at aparigraha – non possessiveness. This is one of the five Yamas or moral disciplines. What does it mean to hold on, grasp or cling to ideas, things, and ways of being? Why is it good to LET GO.
Sagrada Wellness is a 45-acres retreat center positioned on a hilltop with beautiful views into the valley below and beyond. It is 3.5 hours from the Northern and Southern California just outside of San Luis Obispo. The cuisine is rustic gourmet and is prepared fresh daily with ingredients pulled straight from their organic garden, from local farms and markets. YUM. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free are all available.
