Add yoga to work via Zoom
until we can meet in person
A class with coworkers designed to help you de-stress, to have more focus so that you are efficient and productive, and to give physical relief to ‘desk body’ posture.

What we will work on
- calming/centering
- postural alignment
- antithesis to too much sitting
rounded back, arms forward, head and neck forward, etc. - flexibility
- strength
- balance
- twists
Remember that you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start yoga–we will work on that together and watch it change.
You will be reminded to give yourself and your body time to learn, not to worry or to be harsh with yourself.
What you will need
A yoga mat, and possibly a yoga block and/or a yoga strap (belts and scarves work too), comfortable clothes and the willingness to learn. All sessions are 1 hour.

Cancel with 24 hours’ notice, no cost; within 24 hours, full cost of session.
