Thanks to all the sweet yogis who joined me for this sweet event. We flowed and sipped, chatted and ate some snacks. I had so much fun. YUM.







Warm up with me on a chilly winter eve!
We will begin with a 45 minute grounding, heart opening vinyasa class and end with approximately 20 minutes of stretch/restorative and then a sweet comfy savasana. We’ll then move on to sipping (or guzzling) delicious, hot cocoa and mingling with other fantastic yogis.
I will make the hot cocoa with oat milk and monk fruit sugar so it’s a wee bit healthier. I’ve tested this combo and love it. I’m pretty sure you will too. You will have the opportunity to add all, some or none of the following to your cup: cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, chocolate shavings and coconut whipped cream. Yum-tastic!!
