You will practice in the comfort of your own home at a time that is best for you — no need to commute to class. Super simple.

What you’ll get
- Individual instruction to target and compliment if you are getting ready for an event/race (running, biking, wedding etc.).
- Specific in-depth alignment/pose clarification that you don’t get in a group class.
- Remember: you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start yoga–we will work on your strength and flexibility together.
How it works
- We arrange a time and I come to your home or office and guide you through a yoga practice that is designed to suit your specific needs.
- The first session is one hour and 15 minutes to accommodate a discussion about your desires and goals, your body, injuries or problem areas.
- After that, sessions are one hour.

What you will need
A yoga mat, and possibly a yoga block and/or a yoga strap (belts and scarves work too), comfortable clothes and the willingness to learn.
