Join me for two yoga filled days and nights in the redwoods of Sonoma County at Ratna Ling Retreat Center. This location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Its remote location is perfect for unwinding from the stimulus of your everyday ‘normal’ life.
The subject this year is attention! Why is it important? How we use or misuse it? Is your attention on more positive or negative thoughts? Do you even know? We will take a look and shine some light on the power of our attention.
We will have five yoga practices (one is optional), two optional pranayama/meditation sessions, and free time to explore and enjoy the natural surroundings. You will eat super yummy, healthy food, socialize, rest, and all-in-all have a great time. With the schedule already in place, you will be able to simply let go and enjoy.

Accommodations
The cabins are luxurious and comfy. Each cabin will be shared by two people. You will have your own bedroom with a queen bed, and share a common room and bathroom with tub and shower.

Food
Delicious, organic, vegetarian meals will be prepared for you. You will feel nourished and energized giving your body all this clean healthy fuel.

Pricing
EARLY BIRD: $685 per person till June 1 – paid in full by Aug. 17
FULL PRICE: $735 per person after June 2 – paid in full by Aug 17.
$250 deposit will secure your spot for either amount – paid in full by Aug. 17

Three ways to pay
This year I’m only taking cash, check, and Venmo, in order to cut out the percentage that credit card companies charge.
If you want to come please contact me via email to let me know, to make your initial payment whether it’s the full amount or the deposit, and so I know I have your correct contact info. We can also set up a payment plan to help accommodate the cost.
Cash: Hand it to me in person.
Check: Email me and I will send you my address, or hand it to me in class.
Venmo: Email me and I will give you that info.
